Bottle Handle Applicator
Handles drop down the chute; 5 L bottles leave with the handles pressed on.

This machine presses a carry handle onto the neck of large PET bottles, such as 5 L bottles for edible oil and drinking water.
Handles drop down a chute from a stacked magazine that holds a few hundred at a time. Empty bottles run in on a conveyor, a handle is pressed onto each neck, and the bottles leave in a line with their handles on. A typical machine runs about 1,200–2,000 bottles per hour.
It can run on its own or in line with a blow moulding machine, a leak tester and a packing machine. Send drawings or photos of your bottle neck and handle, and we'll tell you whether we can fit them, and how fast.
