Watering Can Sprayer Assembly Machine
Grippers load yellow sprayer caps; pump tops move two by two down the line.

This line assembles the pump top of hand pressure sprayers, the small pump-up watering cans used in homes and gardens.
The pump top shown has a yellow cap with a lever and a spout, a white plunger rod and a clear pump tube. On a rotary table, twin grippers place the yellow caps into the fixtures, and the next stations fit the rod and the tube. The parts then travel two at a time along a chain conveyor, and finished pump tops leave on the outfeed belt. A typical line runs about 20–30 pump tops per minute.
Send drawings or photos of your sprayer parts, and we'll tell you whether we can assemble them, and how fast.
