Catheter & Medical Tube Assembly Machines

Thin blue tubes ride carriers through a row of tip-forming heads to an outfeed belt.

Our catheter machines cover three jobs: assembling catheter connectors, heat-forming the tips of medical tubes, often called catheter tipping, and closing the ends of PVC tubing by hot melting. Each machine is set up for your own parts.
