Cap Liner, Lining and Closing Machines
Liners cut and inserted into caps, and flip-top caps closed, by machine instead of by hand.
Cap lining machines put a liner, also called a wad, into each cap. Some cut the liner and insert it in one pass, one adds a folding step, and some assemble the cap and line it on the same machine. Another presses a printed QR-code insert into each cap. For flip-top caps, which leave the mould with the lid open, a closing machine snaps each lid shut. Every assembly machine is set up for the customer's own parts.
Send us your part drawing or photos. We check which machine can assemble it, then send you a quote.
