Cap Slitting & Folding Machine
Yellow caps feed from the bowl into the turret and drop out finished.

This machine slits and folds the tamper-evident band on moulded plastic caps.
Caps run from a vibratory bowl on top of the machine down a track into a turret, where spring-loaded heads work each cap in turn before it drops into the bin. We supply a slitting machine, a folding machine, or one machine that does both, with a cap elevator that lifts caps from a floor hopper into the bowl. A typical machine runs about 15,000–25,000 caps per hour.
Send us a sample cap, or a drawing or photos of it, and we'll tell you whether it fits, and how fast.
