Home/Automation/Robotic Packaging Machines for Case Packing and Tray Loading

Robotic Case Packers and Tray Loading Machines

Robots pick up, move and place your products, so fewer hands are needed on the line.

Robotic packaging machines take over the picking, placing and packing that your team now does by hand: Cartesian and delta robots that place products into cases, a dual-arm robot tray packer, an articulated robot, and tray loading, unloading and sorting lines, including one for biscuits.

Send us photos of your product and your target output. We check which machine fits, then send you a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

A delta robot is fast and suits small, light products picked from a conveyor, but its short vertical reach makes it a poor fit for deep cases. A Cartesian (gantry) robot is slower but carries heavier loads and reaches down into deep cases. Tell us your product and output, and we'll tell you which one fits.
A robotic case packer is a machine in which a robot picks products from a conveyor and places them into cases or trays. We supply delta and Cartesian robot case packers, a vertical articulated robot and a dual-arm tray packer, each matched to your product, case or tray and output. Send photos of your product and the case, and we check the fit.
Our Cartesian robot case packer AM-ZX150 runs 4–8 cycles per minute as a typical packing speed. For the other machines the speed is set by your product, the case or tray and how many items go in at a time, so we confirm the figure after we see your product. Send photos of your product, the case or tray and your target output.
A tray loading line loads products into trays and sorts them. Some models also open the trays from a stacked magazine, count the products, or pass the loaded trays on to a packing machine, and matrix models such as the AM-ZT400 load in rows and columns. The AM-ZT100 is semi-automatic and the AM-ZT200 runs the whole cycle automatically. Ask us which model fits your product and tray.
The price depends on your product, the case or tray layout and the output you need. Send photos and the size of your product, the case or tray it goes into, and your target output, and we send an exact quote within 24–48 hours. We install and commission the machine at your plant and train your team there, with a 2-year mechanical and 1-year electrical warranty for faults not caused by misuse. Spare and wear parts for the machines we supply come through us, so after-sales is one contact.
