Two-Piece Cap Assembly Machine
A rotary machine for two-piece laundry detergent caps that we supplied in Algeria, rated at 3,000 finished caps per hour.

This machine joins the two parts of a cap, such as an edible oil cap, into one finished cap. Two vibratory bowls, each with its own storage hopper, sort and orient the two parts, the machine joins them, and finished caps are counted at the outlet.
The standard model runs 4,000–5,000 caps per hour, depending on the cap.
We have also supplied machines set up for two-piece laundry detergent caps in Morocco and Algeria, each matched to the customer's own cap and line. Send your cap drawing or photos, and we'll tell you whether it fits.
Two-piece laundry detergent cap machines we supplied to Pakistan are rated at 1,200 and 3,600 caps per hour.
