Wine & Liquor Cap Assembly Line
Gold shells pass the camera, inner plugs go in, and finished red-and-gold caps file out.

This line assembles multi-piece caps for wine bottles, and for whisky and other spirits.
Cap shells and inner plugs are fed from vibratory bowls and put together station by station on rotary tables. A camera station checks each cap, including the QR code printed inside, and finished caps leave on a conveyor. A typical line runs about 5,000 four-part caps per hour.
Send drawings or photos of each cap part and the assembled cap, and we'll tell you whether it can be assembled, and how fast.
