Desiccant Cap Assembly & Filling Machine
Red O-rings from a vibratory bowl are fitted to desiccant caps on a rotary table.

This machine fills desiccant into caps and assembles them, bringing the outer cap, the inner cap and an O-ring together on a rotary table, for caps such as those on effervescent tablet tubes.
Vibratory bowls feed the caps and the red O-rings, and stations around the table fit each part in turn. Two heads fill the desiccant, and the machine runs at about 5,000 caps per hour.
Each machine is set up around the customer's own cap. Send drawings or photos of your cap and tell us the desiccant you use, and we'll tell you whether it fits.
