Bottle Cap & Closure Assembly Machine

A disc top cap assembly machine we supplied in the UAE: bowl feeding, a rotary table, and finished caps chuted straight into cartons.

This machine assembles plastic closures from their separate parts into finished caps.

Every machine is set up for the customer's own cap parts. Closures we have supplied machines for include two-piece push-pull caps in Indonesia, rated at 7,200 caps per hour, and two-piece disc top caps in Pakistan and the UAE.

For food caps, a rotary star-wheel machine we supplied to Ghana runs in step with a 10-cavity mould, about 1,200 caps an hour. We have also supplied disc top cap machines to Bangladesh, rated at 2,000 caps per hour.

Send drawings or photos of each part and the assembled cap, and we'll tell you whether it can be assembled, and how fast.
