Mascara Brush Assembly Machine
On a mascara brush assembly machine, pneumatic grippers with red air lines work station by station over a large rotary table.

This machine fits the mascara brush onto its rod (stem).
For a cosmetic packaging assembler in Italy, we supplied a semi-automatic machine that punches four holes in each rod, 90° apart, before fitting the brush head, rated at 1,800 finished brushes per hour. For a customer in Bangladesh, a two-part wand machine runs at about 25 wands a minute.
Every machine is set up for the customer's own rod and brush. Send drawings or photos, and we'll tell you whether they can be assembled, and how fast.
Other mascara wand machines we have supplied are rated at up to 2,000 wands per hour.
