LED Bulb Assembly Line
At the rotary table, bulbs get silicone and a dome; a robot arm lifts them off.

This line assembles LED bulbs; the line shown builds B22 bayonet-cap bulbs.
Bulb bodies move station by station on rotary tables. The line presses in the LED board, positions the cap, trims and checks the centre wire, sets the rivet, and lights each bulb to test it. It then applies silicone and fits the dome, and a pick-and-place arm lifts finished bulbs off. A typical line runs about 1,500 bulbs per hour.
Send drawings or photos of your bulb parts, and we'll tell you whether we can assemble them, and how fast.
