Assembly Machines and Assembly Lines for Plastic Parts

Pumps, caps, cosmetic packaging, medical parts, pens or electrical parts: send us your part and we find the machine that assembles it.

Automatic assembly machines put the separate plastic parts of a product together: lotion pumps, trigger sprayers, fine mist sprayers, caps, closures and lids, cap liners, cosmetic packaging, medical consumables, pens, and household, electrical and automotive parts. In most of them, parts are fed from vibratory bowls, assembled station by station, and the finished pieces come out at the end of the machine. Every assembly machine is set up for the customer's own parts, so the place to start is your part.

Send us your part drawing or photos. We check which machine can assemble it, then send you a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

A machine that puts the separate parts of a product together automatically. Parts are fed in, usually from vibratory bowls, joined at a series of stations, and the finished product comes out at the end. Some machines also test each piece after assembly.
It depends on how many parts your product has and how many are assembled at a time. Machines we have supplied run, for example, 5,000 six-part lotion pumps an hour in Pakistan, 7,200 push-pull caps an hour in Indonesia, 5,000 cream jars an hour in Pakistan and 1,800 mascara brushes an hour in Italy. Send us your part and target output, and we'll tell you how fast yours can run.
Most of our assembly machines are rotary: parts are fed from vibratory bowls and come together station by station as the table indexes, which suits small parts such as caps, pumps and sprayers. Longer products and products with more steps, such as multi-part click pens and insulin pens, run on an in-line chain or pallet conveyor, or a line of machines. Send us your part and we'll tell you which layout fits it.
Pumps and sprayers, caps, closures and lids, cap liners, cosmetic packaging, medical consumables, pens and stationery, and household, electrical and automotive parts. Each group has its own page below, or find your part on Find by Product. If your part is not listed, send the drawing anyway and we'll tell you whether it can be assembled, and how fast.
Yes. Our case studies cover machines at work in Pakistan, Bangladesh, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy and Brazil, for caps, pumps, sprayers, cosmetic packaging and food container lids. Each one was set up for the customer's own parts.
Yes. Every assembly machine is set up for the customer's own parts. Send photos, drawings, 3D files (STEP, IGES or STL), PDF, Word, Excel or ZIP, up to 10 files of 25 MB each, and we'll tell you whether your part can be assembled, and how fast.
Our assembly machines are made to your parts by long-term partner factories. We choose the machine for your part, install and commission it on site and train your team. Spare and wear parts come through us, so after-sales is one contact. The warranty is 2 years on mechanical parts and 1 year on electrical parts, for faults not caused by misuse.
