Vision Inspection and Testing Machines

A vision inspection machine works in four steps: the parts are fed to the camera one after another, a camera images each part, a screen shows the result of the checks you set, and the checked parts leave on a belt or conveyor. The cap vision, bottle cap and closure inspection machines list 200–250 pieces per minute as a typical output; the final configuration is set by your parts and output. Our valve body line checks 8–15 pieces per minute on the standard model. Send photos of your part and your target output.

Yes. The closure inspection machine also checks cups and other round parts, our battery electrode machine checks aluminium electrode pieces, the valve body line checks automotive valve bodies, and the car camera line checks camera modules. Each is checked against the points you define for that part.

Yes. On our wine and liquor cap line a camera station checks each cap, including the QR code printed inside, at about 5,000 caps per hour (typical), and our top and bottom capping machine has a vision system that checks the parts. We need photos of your part, what each part needs to be checked for, and your target output. With those we tell you which machine fits and send an exact quote within 24–48 hours. We install and commission the machine at your plant and train your team there, with a 2-year mechanical and 1-year electrical warranty for faults not caused by misuse.
