Cap Liner Inserting Machine
Lined black caps leave the rotary table on a green belt below the press heads.

This machine puts pre-cut liners into caps: a vacuum pick-up takes each liner and places it in the cap.
The standard model runs at 100–160 pieces per minute.
Every machine is set up for the customer's own caps. Send your cap drawing and the liner material, and we'll tell you whether it fits.
We have supplied liner inserting machines to Bangladesh, set up for the customer's own caps and now running at the customer's site.
