Egypt · Beverage Packaging · 3-Piece Cap Assembly Machine
These caps for beverage cartons are made from three parts. For a customer in Egypt, we supplied a machine that assembles all three, rated at 4,000 finished caps per hour. The machine works fully enclosed behind glass panels: inside, the parts come down steel feed tracks onto a rotary table, and pneumatic stations around the table bring the three pieces together one step at a time. Finished caps leave down a stainless steel chute into a carton standing beside the machine — near the end of the clip, one small white cap is lifted out of the carton and held up to show the finished result, while the carton under the chute keeps filling. The machine is now at work in the customer's plant in Egypt.
This machine was set up for this customer's three-part carton cap. If yours is different, send us a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether we can assemble it, and how fast.
