Bangladesh · Pharmaceutical Packaging · 3-Piece Medicine Cap Assembly Machine
This medicine cap is assembled from three parts. For a customer in Bangladesh, we supplied a machine that brings all three together. A blue vibratory bowl, heaped with white cap parts, feeds them along a track into the machine, which works behind clear guards on every side. Inside, the parts are assembled, and finished caps slide down a stainless steel chute into cartons. Rated output is 5,000 finished caps per hour — the touch screen shows the live speed as the machine runs, 82 pieces per minute, about 4,920 an hour, in line with the rating. The footage moves from the bowl to the guarded machine, to the chute filling the carton. The machine is now in production at the customer's plant in Bangladesh.
Every assembly machine we supply is configured around the customer's own parts. Send us a drawing or photos of yours, and we will tell you whether we can run them and at what rate.
