Pakistan · Cosmetics Packaging · Cream Jar Assembly Machine
These 15 g cream jars are two parts: the jar body and a base cap. For a customer in Pakistan, we supplied a machine that presses the two together. At its heart is a multi-station rotary turret; each station has its own pressing head, fed by blue air lines, and in the video the screw thread on each small white jar body can be seen as it passes under the heads. As the turret turns, jar body and base cap are pressed together under each head in turn, then set down on a blue conveyor and pass a sensor on the way out — one jar is picked off the belt to show the result. Rated output is 5,000 finished jars per hour, and the machine is pressing jars in the customer's own production today.
Configured for one customer's parts, as each of our assembly machines is. Send us your drawing or photos and we will tell you if we can assemble your parts, and how quickly.
