Bangladesh · Cosmetics Packaging · Cream Jar Body Assembly Machine
For a customer in Bangladesh, we supplied an assembly machine for two-part cream jar bodies — a separate job from our 15 g cream jar case in Pakistan. Here the whole machine works inside glass panels with hinged doors, and the jars finish in a stainless steel bin at the end of the line. The parts come in along an infeed track under a clear cover and are carried onto a multi-station rotary turret; each station has its own pressing head with blue air lines running to it, and as the turret turns, the heads press each pair of parts together into one jar body. Finished white jar bodies are set down on a blue conveyor, pass a sensor and drop into the stainless steel bin, where they pile up. Rated output is 1,500 finished jar bodies per hour, and this machine is now part of the customer's production in Bangladesh.
This one was matched to a single customer's parts. If yours differ, send a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether a machine like this can assemble them, and how fast.
