Pakistan · Personal Care Packaging · Disc Top Cap Assembly Machine
For a customer in Pakistan, we supplied an assembly machine for two-piece disc top caps — the caps are blue, and the set-up differs from our UAE disc top cap case: here the parts come down an inclined track lying on their sides, and each cap is held in a square blue fixture plate at the edge of the table. Cap bodies, mostly blue with a few clear ones, slide down the inclined feed track to the rotary table, where the two pieces are pressed together as the table indexes from station to station. Assembled caps move off onto a short exit track, line up one behind another, then drop down a stainless steel chute straight into a collection bin. Rated output is 4,000 finished caps per hour; the video follows the caps the whole way, and the machine is now in production at the customer's plant.
This one was matched to a single customer's parts. If yours differ, send a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether a machine like this can assemble them, and how fast.
