Morocco · Household Detergents · In-Line Laundry Detergent Cap Assembly Machine
This laundry detergent cap is two parts: a blue inner spout and a clear measuring cap with ribs on the outside. For a household detergent customer in Morocco, we supplied an assembly station that works in line with the injection moulding machine — the blue spouts come out of the moulding machine onto a conveyor and run straight to the assembly station, with no manual handling in between. There, two heads work side by side, each joining a blue spout and a clear measuring cap into one finished cap, and caps collect in a wire cage beside the line. The station runs from a touch screen with start and stop buttons beside it, rated at 2,000 finished caps per hour. It was filmed at the pre-shipment inspection already linked to an injection moulding machine, and it has since shipped to Morocco, where it is now in production at the customer's plant.
This one was matched to a single customer's parts. If yours differ, send a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether a machine like this can assemble them, and how fast.
