Algeria · Household Detergents · Laundry Detergent Cap Assembly Machine
This laundry detergent cap is two moulded parts — a white inner part and a translucent blue cap that fits over it — and the two have to be joined firmly into one cap. If they are not fully seated, the cap can leak once the bottle is filled. For a customer in Algeria, we supplied a rotary assembly machine for these two-piece caps. White parts arrive on a conveyor and are loaded into fixtures around a rotary table; a pick-and-place unit brings each blue cap down onto its white part, and the pair is joined as the table turns from station to station. Finished caps leave on a conveyor, standing upright in a single line, at a rated output of 3,000 finished caps per hour. The video shows the full cycle, from white parts coming in to finished blue caps coming off the line, and the machine is in production at the customer's plant in Algeria today.
Every assembly machine we supply is configured around the customer's own parts. Send us a drawing or photos of yours, and we will tell you whether we can run them and at what rate.
