Italy · Cosmetic Packaging Assembly · Mascara Brush Assembly Machine
An Italian company that assembles plastic and cosmetic packaging found one of our mascara brush assembly machine videos on YouTube and sent an inquiry. Their part needed more than a push-fit: before the brush head goes in, each rod needs four holes punched into it, spaced evenly at 90° around the rod and all on the same level. We supplied a semi-automatic machine set up for that exact sequence. Black rods travel from a vibratory bowl to a rotary table, where the machine positions each rod and punches the four holes; an operator loads the brush heads, and the machine fits each head into its rod. Before shipping, the machine was trial-run and finished samples were sent to Italy for the customer to check. It has since shipped and is in production at the customer's plant, rated at 1,800 finished brushes per hour.
This machine was set up for this customer's rod and brush head. If yours are different, send us a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether we can assemble them, and how fast.
