Pakistan · Household Cleaning Products · All-Plastic Trigger Sprayer Assembly Machine
An all-plastic trigger sprayer head, in this job, is three moulded parts. For a customer in Pakistan, we supplied a machine that joins them into a finished head. Loose parts go into a tall inclined elevator, which lifts them up and tips them into a vibratory bowl; the bowls feed the parts along tracks to the assembly table, where pneumatic stations bring the three pieces together. Finished sprayer heads slide down stainless steel chutes into collection crates set beside the machine — in the video, one crate is already heaped high with white heads. Rated output is 4,000 finished trigger sprayer heads per hour, and the machine is now in service at the customer's plant.
Every assembly machine we supply is configured around the customer's own parts. Send us a drawing or photos of yours, and we will tell you whether we can run them and at what rate.
