Pakistan · Personal Care Packaging · Lotion Pump Assembly Machine
A lotion pump is six parts. For a customer in Pakistan, we supplied a machine that assembles all six on a rotary table, rated at 5,000 finished pumps per hour. In the video, an inclined elevator lifts the clear pump parts into a large vibratory bowl, which feeds them out along toothed tracks, lit by a row of sensors, to the rotary table, where the pieces come together station by station. At the end of the clip an assembled pump body is held up to the camera. The machine is in production today at the customer's plant in Pakistan.
Configured for one customer's parts, as each of our assembly machines is. Send us your drawing or photos and we will tell you if we can assemble your parts, and how quickly.
