The pump core in this job is three small white parts. For a customer in the UAE, we supplied a machine that assembles them on a multi-station rotary table, rated at 5,000 finished pump cores per hour. A vibratory bowl feeds the white parts along a track to the table, where each core stands upright in its own fixture. Twin pneumatic grippers above pick up the next piece and set it in place as the table indexes, so every core is completed station by station, with blue air lines running to each station. Finished cores leave the machine down a stainless steel chute. The video shows the bowl, the twin grippers at work over the fixtures, the white cores standing on the table, and the chute where finished cores come out — and this machine is now in use on the customer's production floor in the UAE.
