Indonesia · Beverage & Personal Care Packaging · Push-Pull Cap Assembly Machine
For a customer in Indonesia, we supplied an assembly machine for two-piece plastic push-pull caps, rated at 7,200 finished caps per hour. Two vibratory bowls sort the black cap parts and send them along feed tracks, past a row of red-lit sensors, to a rotary index plate where the two pieces are pressed together. Finished caps slide down a stainless steel chute into a blue crate at the front of the machine — in the video the crate is already heaped with black caps. The clip follows each part from the bowls, along the sensor-lined track and onto the index plate, then down the chute into the crate, and the machine has since gone into production at the customer's plant in Indonesia.
This machine was set up for this customer's push-pull cap. If yours is different, send us a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether we can assemble it, and how fast.
