Flip-Top Cap Closing Machine
A flip-top cap closing machine we supplied in Pakistan, beside the injection moulding machine, shutting each shot of 8 shampoo caps in one go.
Flip-top caps leave the mould with the lid standing open, and each lid has to be shut before the cap goes on a bottle. This machine snaps the lids shut.
It handles up to 6,000 caps per hour, depending on the cap.
We supplied one to a shampoo cap line in Pakistan, where it stands beside the injection moulding machine and closes each shot of 8 caps in one go.
