In an airtight food storage container, the seal ring sits inside the lid. This machine fits the ring into each lid.
For a customer in Brazil, we supplied one set up to link with the injection moulding machine: a gantry with suction cups transfers the lids to two pressing stations working side by side, rated at 2,000 finished lids per hour. For a customer in Pakistan, a two-station machine fits the ring into rectangular lids, rated at 800 lids per hour.
