Seal Ring Assembly Machine
Grippers place yellow marker parts into twin nests, and seal rings are fitted.

This machine fits a seal ring (O-ring) onto small pen parts. The machine shown fits a clear O-ring onto a yellow marker pen part.
A vibratory bowl lines up the parts, and twin grippers place them into nests on a rotary table, two at a time. A feed track brings the clear seal rings to the fitting station, where each ring goes into the groove on the part. Finished parts drop into the outfeed chute. A typical machine runs about 45–60 parts per minute.
Send drawings or photos of your pen part and its seal ring, and we'll tell you whether we can assemble them, and how fast.
