Pakistan · Personal Care Packaging · Lotion Pump Dip Tube Inserting Machine
A lotion pump is not finished until its dip tube is in place — the long, thin tube that reaches down into the bottle. For a customer in Pakistan, we supplied a machine that fits that tube into each pump. In the video, a green inclined elevator tips the black pump heads into a vibratory bowl, which lines them up and sends them down a track onto a long inserting table, where each pump gets its tube. The table works under a clear cover, and the machine runs from a touch screen with push buttons beside the bowl. Finished pumps, tubes fitted, drop through an opening at the front of the machine into a lined bin below, rated at 1,200 finished pumps per hour. The machine is now fitting dip tubes in production at the customer's plant.
This machine was set up for this customer's pump and dip tube. If yours are different, send us a drawing or photos and we will tell you whether we can assemble them, and how fast.
