Insulin Pen Assembly & Testing Machine
A gripper head presses parts into blue pens on the chain, then sensors check them.

This machine assembles insulin pens and tests them on the same machine. We have supplied this machine to Bangladesh.
The standard model runs on a chain conveyor, two pens per cycle, at 50 pens per minute, with vibratory bowls feeding the parts. It assembles the pen, then tests torque in both directions, length, the dose window and its zero mark, and sorts out faulty pens.
Send drawings or photos of your parts, and we'll tell you whether they can be assembled, and how fast.
