Insulin Pen Barrel Assembly Machine
Blue pen barrels ride a chain conveyor through a row of pneumatic assembly stations.

This machine assembles the barrels of insulin pens. We have supplied this machine to Bangladesh.
The standard model runs on a chain conveyor, two pens per cycle, at 50–60 pieces per minute. Pen barrels come from a hopper, are screwed and pressed together, then the spring and the cap go on, with a check after each step and faulty pieces sorted out.
Send drawings or photos of your parts, and we'll tell you whether they can be assembled, and how fast.
