Insulin Pen Inspection & Tray Loading Line
Finished pens pass camera inspection, then a robot loads a row into the tray.

This line inspects finished insulin pens with cameras and loads them into trays. We have supplied this line to Bangladesh.
The standard model runs on a chain conveyor, two pens per cycle, at 60 pens per minute. Cameras and sensors check each pen for the spring, the window, cracks and raised gate marks, and the zero mark in the window; faulty pens are sorted out, and a four-axis robot loads good pens into trays.
Send photos of your part and tell us what needs checking, and we'll tell you whether it fits.
