Rotary Assembly Platform

A rotary assembly machine works in five steps: parts are fed by vibratory bowl and feed track, each product is set in its own fixture, the table turns and one assembly step is done at each station, sensors check the result, and the finished products leave by a chute or outfeed track. The stations are set up around your own parts and steps.

Typical output: 20–50 pcs/min (depends on part and configuration). The number of parts and steps and the pieces per cycle set the figure: a wall switch machine runs about 20 a minute, and a disc-top cap machine we supplied in the UAE is rated at 80 caps a minute. Send drawings of your parts and your target output and we confirm the figure for them.

Yes. The stations around the platform are set up for your own parts and steps: send drawings or photos of each part and the assembled product, list the steps you need, and tell us your target output, and we set up one station per step.

We install and commission the machine at your plant and train your team there. The warranty is 2 years on mechanical parts and 1 year on electrical parts, for faults not caused by misuse. Spare and wear parts for the machines we supply come through us, so after-sales is one contact.
